Vegas Weekend

This weekend, 13 of us headed to Vegas to celebrate Ana's 50th birthday. We had such an awesome time. We saw a few shows, danced, and ate too much.

Vegas Planning

We have an upcoming weekend in Vegas, so what do we do??? We meet for martinis to plan!

Santa Margarita Trail

We're always looking for new places to explore. I saw a post online about the best trails in San Diego, and the Santa Margarita Trail was on it. It was about an hour and a half drive to Fallbrook, but it was worth it. The trail was beautiful, and perfect for the kids.

Rock n Roll Weekend

This weekend was Rock n Roll San Diego. Boy was I happy I didn't sign up for the full marathon again!

Friday night we went to the expo and hung out downtown.

 

Saturday we ran the 5K.

 
Sunday we ran the 1/2 marathon.

We hung around to cheer on a few friends running the full marathon. Unfortunately, some of them got stopped at mile 26 because of an active shooter in the area. What an experience!

End-of-Year Parties

The kids got to celebrate at the end of the year. Zachary's class had a party and Kailani's class went to the park. During the last week of school, Kailani's class also went to Aquatica. Unfortunately, I do not have any photos of that.

During the last week of school, Zach had to teach a lesson to his class. Zach decided to teach his class how to build Legos. He prepped baggies with Lego pieces and directions.
