NEX Tree Lighting

This afternoon Zachary earned a second stripe at karate. He now has a red stripe and an orange stripe. Once he gets all of the colors of the rainbow, he can test for the yellow belt. He is so proud of himself. Here is a picture of the instructor giving him his stripe.

Tonight Kailani had cheer practice at the gym, so Zachary and I went to the tree lighting ceremony at the NEX. We didn't actually make it for the ceremony, but still enjoyed the tree. Zachary chose tags off of the tree for a boy and a girl that we will purchase gifts for this Christmas season.
